Activities

GOAT Camp Multi Sports & Games

Kids will learn sports skills, develop team work and play games in activities such as football, tag rugby, GAA, basketball, unihockey, badminton, table tennis, short tennis, orienteering, team building and many more. There will be weekly awards and prizes for outstanding, kindness, effort and positivity!

GOAT Camp Yoga  

Taught by our fully qualified yoga teachers, GOAT Camp Yoga takes a light hearted, fun approach to mindfulness. GOAT Camp Yoga encourages self-belief and self-awareness by building strong, supple bodies and positive mindsets.

 
 

GOAT Camp Animal Flow Fitness

Fun activities involving functional animal movements such as bear crawls, crab walks and GOAT jumps! These bodyweight movements will be integrated into warm ups and games and provide an excellent foundation for building strength, balance and flexibility all while having fun!
